I like Paint Shop Pro, especially the new version 5 beta. You can do a
seemingly endless number of captures, capture an object, full screen,
etc., include the mouse pointer if you want, edit the capture with lots
of tools, and save it in a wide variety of formats. The new v 5 beta has
layering, image rotation, etc. It has improved the quality of our
graphics considerably.
