Actually, even employees have a risk, according to an attorney wo
spoke at our STC chapter last fall. Ideally, TW direct employees should
have a hold harmless clause (or whatever) in their contract w/ their
employees.
Not all attorneys agree with this (my own).I think they don't
realize the kind of stuff we can document. "Plug in this oxygen machine."
