Here's an added thought, for script snippet #2:
As Tom pointed out, you might decide that hijacking by some particular
people is OK for whatever reason, perhaps you might be able to come to an
agreement with some of the hijackers. If you do, you can expand the
frameset name you're checking for to also accept framing from specific
sites, and not the others.
