Subject:Technical Training TOP TEN Resources From:"Palmer, Phyllis" <PPalmer -at- SPHERECOM -dot- COM> Date:Fri, 17 Apr 1998 10:29:56 -0500
Hello TechWr-l friends,
I am redesigning our Technical Training for the next revision on our
product (more hardware and systems info will be added) and would like to
compile a TOP TEN list for course development resources. We are putting
all our existing training under the microscope and thought it wouldn't
hurt to ask you folks for current resource trends or tried-'n-true
resources.
Send me your suggestions. I'll post my findings...
Thanks,
Phyllis
