IMHO it depends on the usage. Microsoft Access 97's UI and Help files refer
to data tables in spreadsheet-like view as "datasheets" -- that's good
enough for me.
However, if you're refering to product data sheets (i.e. part of the product
specification) then my £0.02 goes for "data sheet".
