1) It's possibly a troll for "live" email addresses to sell to spammers,
that is; those gullible enough [no offense] to respond to this "survey" are
just-the-sort-of-folks spammers love, and whose addresses they *pay* for.
2) Without full admin privileges on my current system, I can't prove that
"alfa -at- cei -dot- net" is an actual email address: hammering a mailserver with
bunches of messages for bogus addresses can drag that system down, and deny
service to other customers.
3) Either one or both of these scenarios lead me to think of a wannabe
trying to prove what a "kEwL H*cKUr DoOd" he is...
I could be wrong, and belaboring the point could also be one of the
objectives of the message ("EMERGENCY! Send this to everyone you know!") --
just to be disruptive [those rotten brats] ;-)
