If a guy was seen as a secretary instead of as a tech writer, then I
would say that it's only a tech writing issue. But really, I can't
imagine that happening. So I think it's mostly a sex sterotyping issue,
with an undercurrent of misunderstanding what a tech writer is. In
either case, it bites.
