I vote for No. I now leave just the header and footer on the pages, but at a
previous
position we used the word "Notes" in 72 point type at the top of the page.
We did
try putting gray lines on the page to simulate a notebook page, but the
lines either
copied as all black (and then looked too busy) or they didn't copy at all.
