I use Allaire's HomeSite. It's not WYSISYG, but the HTML tags
are color coded. HomeSite has lots of helpful features. You can
press buttons to generate HTML tags such as links, images,
tables, and many others. To insert just a table row, HomeSite
inserts <tr> </tr> for you. Pretty cool! It's shareware, but you
can get an evaluation copy at: http://www.allaire.com/
