Try adding a section break at the point you wish to insert the
document and then Edit ==> Copy the file to be inserted and then Edit
==> Paste the document after the section break in the destination
diocument. To add another, repeat the process.
This is the workaround for the formatting and styles setups. This
should allow you to maintain the styles and formatting of each
individual document. You may have to go into File ==> Page Setup of
the Word's main menu depending on whether you have some page settings
that are different. If Headers and Footers need to be unique, be sure
to turn off the "Same As Previous" setting before trying to set a
unique header or footer.
