interviewing book

Can anyone out there recommend a good, fast-read (on-the-plane-type)
book about interviewing SMEs?

We have very little time and would like a "crash course" using a good
reference on how to interview technical SMEs (specifically
programmers).

I already checked the book list on the techwhirler website but found no
books on interviewing.

I'll post a summary if there's interest.
