Hi,
May I recommend you follow the specificities of your 'own' industry, as
each line-of-business has their particular style calls. Most of these
calls are very close to TC norms for writing. Gather up other company
manuals in the same field and review as a 'big picture' look. Many times
new improvements come from this process and can enhance one's own work.
And sometimes, one finds raging errors, which can be kept for future
business cases as what 'not to do' in the storyboard phase of writing.
