Our technical writing staff does the editing, proofing, consolidation,
and formatting.
* Who is responsible for production (i.e., printing, labeling
dividers, creating covers, etc)?
This is usually performed by the area in our company responsible for
the proposal.
* Do you have a proposal "lead"? Is this always the same person
or
does it vary from proposal to proposal?
The "lead" is usually appointed by the highest manager involved
directly in the interface with the RFP representatives.
