Before I make the developers here create one, does anyone know if
there is
such a thing as a workflow management app? Note: I am not referring
to
document management or knowledge management.
I'm looking for a database-kind of system. I need to be able to
trace the
status on any customer on any given day throughout the course of the
pre-sales, engagement, post-sales cycle. For example, I should be
able to
look up Company XYZ, and see that we received an RFP from them on
the 10th,
the opportunity was evaluated and approved on the 11th, a kickoff
meeting
was held on the 11th....all the way through to document A was
delivered on
the 30th, and so on.
Any ideas?
