I need to convert a file from Quark for the Mac to Pagemaker for
the PC.
My service bureau says it cannot be done.
Has anyone succeeded in doing this. If so, how?
You would need to convert the Quark file to Pagemaker for the Mac and
then take the Pagemaker file for the Mac and open it with Pagemaker for
the PC.
The Quark to Pagemaker utility is far from perfect and works relatively
well only on small files. I remember doing it on four page brochure and
deciding to cut and paste what I could from Quark to Pagemaker instead.
