It doesn't work in this way.
If you wish to leave this list but confuses the listserver and list
addresses by sending your SIGNOFF message to the list address, your
SIGNOFF TECHWR-L message will end up in each subscribers mailbox, but
stille you are not unsubscribed...
So please make a note of the difference between a listserver and the list
addresses and send your commands to the proper destination.
Try this:
Put this on the first line of the message:
UNSUB TECHWR-L
and send the message to:
LISTSERV -at- LISTSERV -dot- OKSTATE -dot- EDU
