The Use and Care Guide was well-designed and easy to use; I just
think the
person responsible should've been included...
Are you sure a "technical writer" wrote the doc? Many companies still have
the project manager, marketing manager, or project engineer write the
manual, especially companies not involved in high tech industries.
Just a thought...
