System Management ARTS (SMARTS) is looking for one, maybe two, full-time
technical writers. More information about SMARTS is available from our

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in English or Technical
Communications or equivalent writing experience, strong written and
verbal communications skills, and experience writing application- and
user-level documentation.
You will be using FrameMaker and various tools to produce hardcopy,
PDF, HTML documents, and training materials for network and systems
management software.
The ideal candidate has a 3-4 years of experience working as technical
writer on a software development team, including proven experience
developing online help and documentation from scratch.
