I have been a technical writer for a many years and have never seen a
tech writer's name mentioned in a document. My initial response is that
I don't want to be called by the client. I've worked "help desk" before
and I'd rather write anonymously. As long as the people responsible for
promotions and reviews know what I'm doing...Thanks.
