Question: good forum for columnists/non-news journalism?
Subject:Question: good forum for columnists/non-news journalism? From:"Steven J. Owens" <puff -at- NETCOM -dot- COM> Date:Wed, 27 May 1998 10:51:50 -0700
Hi folks,
Today a friend asked me for advice on some of the practical
issues related to writing a regular (no-fiction, non-news) column for
publication. My first thought was of how useful techwr-l was to me in
1992 when I started my first "career" tech writing job. My second
thought was that, although I'm sure there are tons of skilled writers
here who could provide insight and advice, for the most part this list
is directed at a very different topic. Does anybody know of a more
appropriate forum for, hm, non-technical, non-fiction writing?
Note: please reply directly to me, I'll summarize and post.
