I haven't been impressed with the level of tech support I've received
from Blue Sky to date. Hopefully you can find knowledgeable people on
that list who have the same issues you have. I'd offer to help, but
we're using RH 4.097, and until some especially compelling reason to
upgrade comes along, I am not going to recommend to management at all
that we do so. I suppose if Blue Sky stopped offering support for us
non-cutting edge users, it might be compelling. Or it might be a reason
to research other HATs. ;-)
