Dorothy Webster appeared on a local TV show called Silicon Valley
Business last night, touting the same thing. She said her agency has
ove 20,000 unfilled job orders, and she started the program because she
couldn't find enough people to fill the job orders.
Which is true, if you consider the idea that the tech writers she's
looking for tend to top out at $35/hour (in a market where good senior
writers are making $75/hr).
Her appearance on an erstwhile 'business' show is a great example of how
PR can masquerade as news these days.
