If somebody spams you, you should do the following steps:
1. If he is reachable: tell him about and tell him what you will do in
the second step.
2. If he is not reachable (spam adress) or not reaction on point one,
you should figure out who is the provider where the spamer is hosting.
FW the spaming message to the provider and tell him it is spam. He
shall close the spamers account. Most providers have strict rules
against spaming.
