I'm making $140 an hour. Aren't you getting the same? Just kidding. I
only get half that. Seriously...can I be serious? Seriously, all the
female tech writers I know here in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area, for
all you U.S. geography wizards) get the same rates as their male
counterparts. Experience is still, and will continue to be, the major
factor in determining a TW's rate.
