When you've created online help for a Lotus Notes application, did you
use the winhelp engine? And did you use RoboHelp, etc.? I would think
creating Help in Notes is the same as creating Help in any other Windows
app, but I'm looking for any tips, etc.

Suzanne,
Here at Mobil we use Lotus Notes databases quite a bit and do not create
help files in a Help authoring tool. We use a native Notes database as
a help file linked from within the database or, when a small about of
information is necessary, we provide database usage information in the
"Using This Database" document available from the Notes menu. The
linked Help database is designed similarly to a Help file - see Notes
example by clicking Help Topics from the Help menu item.
