I wonder if the original poster was actually asking for a graphical
symbol, instead of a description? In other words, something like the
hazardous waste symbols?

Actually, from my experience, there are four:
DANGER (An extreme, violent or continous hazard to life)
WARNING (An operating or maintenance procedure, practice, condition,
statement, etc., which, if not strictly observed, could result in injury
or
death to personnel)
CAUTION (An operating or maintenance procedure, condition, statement,
etc.,
which, if not strictly observed, could result in damage to or
destruction of
equipment, loss of mission effectiveness or long term health hazards to
personnel)
