Our Tech Support manager is using Word 97 to write a test plan document
and is having problems with the Document Map feature.
If he has Document Map turned on when he saves his document, Word
auto-formats his document and changes all his body text to headings. He
has to manually correct the document, then try to remember to turn
Document Map OFF before saving.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to permanently fix this problem
(other than not using Document Map)?
TIA -
