Charles Industries, Ltd., a privately held company with a diversified
product line for the telecommunications and marine industries, is
seeking a Technical Writer.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this position, you will originate, research, write, edit, create
graphics for and publish user guides, installation instructions,
brochures, and training materials for telecommunications and marine
products
REQUIREMENTS
* BS/BA in Engineering, Technical Writing or equivalent.
* Three to five years of solid technical publications experience in
the telecommunications, computer, or consumer electronics industry.
In addition, experience with the following would be a plus:
* Converting documents for on-line use, either as PDF or HTML files.
* Desktop publishing (we currently use Interleaf on Sun)
* Visio Technical
