Senior Technical Writer
Responsibilities:
- writing documentation and online help
- working directly with clients
- creating schedules and cost estimates
- managing projects (when necessary)
- mentoring junior writers
College degree and 6+ years experience in technical writing is required.
Candidates must be proficient in FrameMaker and WinHelp (with and without
the use of help authoring tools). Knowledge of SGML, HTML, and HTML-based
help systems is beneficial. Candidates must have excellent leadership,
customer service, planning, communications and teamwork skills.
