Subject:Help Design From:Mark Dempsey <mxd2 -at- OSI -dot- COM> Date:Wed, 12 Aug 1998 10:13:44 -0700
After having done my small bit contributing to an existing help system,
I'm starting to design one from scratch.
A recent post to this list advertises Knopf seminars, one of which is a
one-day help design class.
I'm wondering whether anyone has attended this seminar and found it
helpful.
Also: Any recommended readings?
