Hmm, I used to have a URL for a Canadian CD manufacturer that included
all the layout specs for the jewel-box inserts and CD-label, as well as
a high-quality logo. Lemme check my bookmarks...
Here we go... www.cdman.com not only has all the necessary graphics,
but layout info, templates in a variety of formats, and even a
detailed, fairly well-done descrition of CMYK printing. In particular,
check /download/ on this site. And they're right here in Vancouver!
