| arrangement would have to be made between Billy Boy and Netscape (very
| much the way that Microsoft Help Workshop and HTML Help Workshop are
| licensed by Blue Sky Software and ForeFront for developing WinHelp and

Could you provide a more specific pointer to where on Netscape's web site we
can read about their plans to support Microsoft HTML Help? This certainly
comes as a surprise to me.
