Re your terrible situation: been there, done that!
The ONLY solution is to leave. Jobs for TWers are too plentiful right
now to suffer such indignities.
My boss at one of the largest bank corporations in the world had an
impeccable background: she was a former antenna tower worker --
installing microwave antennas on towers. I'm not making this up.
A very close friend with her boss -- they worked together at the now
closed Texas supercollider -- she was so airheaded that it only took
about 3 months to find out that her agenda was to "oppress" anyone who
didn't agree with her unbelievable policies.
