Subject:Evaluation Forms From:Robin McCloud <RMcCloud -at- TFMG -dot- COM> Date:Mon, 24 Aug 1998 16:45:54 -0700
I'm currently developing an evaluation form to send out to clients who use
my company's software. I want to see in what ways we can improve our
hardcopy documents, help files, and other online information (PDF and HTML)
for the software users. I'm thinking I might have to create separate
evaluation forms for each type of medium, but I haven't gone that far yet.
Do any of you have evaluation forms or ideas that you can share,
particularly evaluation topics pertaining to the online environment?
Thanks!
