I'm on Digest, hence this is late. Recently someone asked about problems
converting ForeHelp files to the new 3.0 version. I received a "Down-level
database ... cannot be read" error this morning when I tried to convert my
files to the newly-installed ForeHelp 3. Tech Support was very helpful. I
had installed the new ForeHelp under the same parent directory as ForeHelp
2.97; they were both in c:\FH_Suite, one in \FH2 and the other in \FH3.
That was what caused the read problem. I had to uninstall the new version
and reinstall it in its own parent directory (c:\ForeHelp98). Then, I
created a ForeHelp backup file of my existing projects using version 2.97
and writing them into a ForeHelp 3 subdirectory. Then, I could open the
backup files and upgrade them to the new version just fine.
