Can any of you recommend a course *you* or someone you know took
on user task analysis or information gathering/planning?
I get soooo much mail and advertisements on training; however, I'd like to
hear from those of you who attended the training yourself and can give
me your thoughts.
Location is not an issue.
Thanks for your help!
