TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
The site has been updated with one new face (Dave Hickey) and revised
information for J Wynia, Steve Taylor, and Steve Jong (new photo for
Steve J.)
I had to relocate the site because of a price increase at Bayside.net.
The
new location is free, but we'll have to put up with an advertising
banner
on each page. The advertising banners hadn't been placed on the pages
yet,
as of this writing, but I'm sure they will be soon.
**Please update any links you may have to The Friendly Faces of
TECHWR-L.
I regret the inconvenience.
Also, please don't discuss this on the list. Send correspondence to me
at either my work or home addresses. Send site submissions to my HOME
address ONLY. Thanks.
