Subject:Help with AOL attachments From:Douglas Max <dmax -at- BELLATLANTIC -dot- NET> Date:Wed, 23 Sep 1998 10:35:40 -0400
I'm not sure if this is a techwriter question, so I hope you'll forgive
me if it isn't:
We're having a heck of a time figuring out how to get Word attachments
from my staff on aol to us, or to our clients. They come to us inline
(not as attachments) and with tons of code...no formatting, color, etc.
They're using aol 4.0, but this doesn't seem to make much difference.
Curiously, also, is the fact that they can open up Word docs from
me...just can't send them back without great corruption.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cordially,
Doug
