Sorry for the confusion. I am a tech writer, not a dental plan purveyor.
Last week, someone asked for some dental plan info. Over the weekend, some
info reached my box. I simply forwarded it to the list for those in need of
such a plan. As the info states, the company is only taking inquiries via
an 800 telephone number.
Such queries should be directed to them as I have nothing to do with them
or any other product, tool, package or information I may share with the
list.
