TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I've been asked to make a presentation on FrameMaker to our trainers in the
department. This will be a lunchtime seminar and is intended to give the
trainers a brief idea of how FrameMaker works (including graphics etc.) as well
as a brief idea of how the technical writers accomplish their job. I have only
used FrameMaker for about 3 months now, and have also only been with this
company for 3 months :-), so I would appreciate any thoughts on what should be
covered. Thanks very much!
