Do this:

1.  Capture using Atl + Prnt Scn.

2. Load Paintbrush.

3. Edit > Paste into Paintbrush.

4. File > Save to some file (myfile.bmp).

5. Import into graphics package as bmp (bitmap).  Say, Visio.

6. Use Visio File > Save As and output to desired format based on
provided filter (for example, myfile.gif).

From there you can import the file into Word (or FrameMaker, or
whatever!).
