We use Snag-It for just this reason. It scrolls through the whole active window while capturing.
You can find it at http://www.techsmith.com/

Subject: Query: Captures of "Long" Screens
Hello,
I'm trying to capture a web page within a browser using Paint Shop Pro. The
problem is that the content of the page is lengthy and thus does not fit
onto a single screen on the user desktop - i.e., one must scroll down to see
the content of the entire page.
But I need to capture the entire length of the page for a document, and
Paint Shop Pro seems able only to capture what's visible on user desktop.
Anybody know a way around this using Paint Shop Pro, LviewPro, or
PaintBrush?
Thanks in advance.
