more consistent subject lines.
Some discussion groups have designated tags such as "JOB: ", "CHAT: ",
"QUERY: ", "ADMIN: ", and so on for the convenience of those who want
to sort their incoming mail. Could we make a consistent set and
get everyone to use them?
