I would pick a *consistent* style you've seen and like (such as Laura
LeMay's) and go with that. I personally prefer uppercase too, but that's
just my opinion. I also like the idea of the brackets -- they give
context (like you said, a <P> tag makes more sense than a P tag). You
might also consider using a different font, such as Courier, for the
tags.
