Feedback on Product Usability course in MA?
Title: Feedback on Product Usability course in MA?Hello techwriters,
Has anyone attended the course described below? If so, how would you rate it? It sounds like a good one to me, but in order to justify a trip to the East coast, I need (in the words of my senior manager) "some attendee references that this is the best course in the nation for this specialty."
If this course isn't the "best in the nation," can anyone recommend something similar in the SF Bay area, or anywhere in the West coast?
Thanks,
Amy
