And, if you have customers outside the US of A, you might consider making
the format 8.2 x 11 inch so that _those_ customers can print to A4 paper
without all your lovely formatting going to sh*t...this still allows your
customers using US Letter to print without any problems.

See crude diagram below -- the taller rectangle is A4, the wider rectangle
is US Letter, the common area will print on _both_ formats.
