A public thanks to everyone who helped with my query
earlier this morning. The general consensus for WYSIWYG
help authoring SANS Word was ForeHelp. All the info I
received was just what my colleague was looking for.
I have even downloaded a demo version of ForeHelp to
evaluate for my own company as well. After only 15 minutes,
I think I like it... a definite possibility!
