Life is all about *probabilities* -- and I believe that being
"certified" at anyTHING, by anyBODY, simply increases the liklihood of
the possibility(ies) inherent in the label (from "certified" public
accountant to "certified idiot"!).
(And do you really have THAT little confidence in ISO? wow!)
