Clip art for Windows 3.1/ 95 absolutely works on Windows NT. Since most of
the current clip art collections for PC have a lot of files in WMF format,
the operating system is not the important issue; the applicatiaon you are
using is what counts. If you want to use clip art that's WMF with Photoshop,
you'll need to convert it to a raster format first.
