In addition to Paint Shop Pro, you might look into SnagIt
(www.techsmith.com). It's a screen capture program with the ability to do
color conversion, color subsititution and image scaling. One of V4.3's
best features, one I've seen nowhere else, is the ability to capture a full
cascading menu and, optionally, the relevant part of the main menu bar.
